Join the Putnam County Democrats for a
Family Fun Flag Day Picnic
June 14, 2026, 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. EDT
There will be hot dogs and hamburgers and all the fixings for this annual get-together in a local park. Activities for the kids. Great conversations with like-minded people for the grownups. Candidates will be available for informal chats.
This event is free, although contributions to cover the expenses are greatly appreciated. The location will be emailed when you make your reservations.
Annual Candidates Forum at Temple Beth Shalom
Candidates will have the opportunity to present themselves and their vision for our town and Putnam County offices in this forum presented by Temple Beth Shalom Men’s Club. In attendance will be Jerome Mitchell and Kathy Valletta, candidates for Putnam County Legislature, as well as Kathy Kahng, candidate for Putnam County Legislature District 3 (Kent & Patterson) and Maggie Ploener, candidate for Putnam County Legislature District 2 (Putnam Valley).
